An updated hearings draft Clairemont Community Plan is now available. The updated hearings draft of the Clairemont Community Plan balances a variety of feedback received on the first, second, and Planning Commission Hearing drafts as well as Citywide objectives identified in the General Plan. The hearings draft plan was presented to the Land Use and Housing Committee on November 21, 2025.

The City Council will consider a vote to adopt the hearings draft Clairemont Community Plan at a public hearing on Tuesday, December 16 at 1:00 p.m. Members of the public may join the hearing in-person or virtually.
