The Draft Clairemont Community Plan is now available for public review, discussion, and input.
The public is welcome to share and discuss their comments at the next Clairemont Community Planning Group meeting. The public comment period on the Draft Community Plan will be through August 17th, 2021.
Community Discussion Draft
The Community Discussion Draft is a preliminary draft of the update to the Clairemont Community Plan. It consists of draft plan elements that have been revised and developed over the course of multiple meetings with the CPU Ad-Hoc Subcommittee. The purpose of this draft is to provide the Subcommittee and community stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of the policies in the new plan and to provide input on the further refinement of the draft plan.

The public is welcome to discuss their comments at the next CPU Ad-hoc Subcommittee meeting starting in January. The public comment period on the draft will be through March 6th, 2020.
Studies and Technical Reports
A number of technical reports and planning studies are being conducted as part of the effort to update the community plan. The following documents will help to inform the process and develop alternatives for consideration.

Notice of Preparation/Scoping Meeting
A Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) will be required for the Clairemont Community Plan Update. Written comments on the scope of the EIR are due on February 15, 2020.
