The Second Draft Clairemont Community Plan is now available for public review. The second draft of the Clairemont Community Plan balances a variety of feedback received on the first draft and Citywide objectives identified in the General Plan.

The Community Plan establishes a framework to guide future development within the Clairemont community. Implementation regulations and changes to the Clairemont Mesa Height Limit Overlay will help ensure alignment with the plan’s vision, goals, and policies.

 

 

 

 

The City Planning Department provided an overview of the Second Draft Clairemont Community Plan at the Project Review Subcommittee of the Clairemont Community Planning Group on Monday, Aug. 4.

There will be additional opportunities to provide in-person feedback at Boards and Commissions. The Planning Commission will hold a public workshop for the second draft plan on August 28, 2025. 

​

Please submit your feedback by midnight on Sunday, September 14.

Input received on the second draft will help inform the Public Hearings Draft, which will be released for additional public comment in Fall 2025.
